🔹 1. Project Risk Management (PRM0925)
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA (Finance)
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Responsibilities:
-
Understand and implement Project Risk Management.

Conduct risk workshops for identified projects.
-
Visit project sites for monitoring and maintaining risk registers.
-
Escalate project or business risks & mitigation plans.
-
Collaborate with senior management for decision-making.
🔹 2. Static Equipment Engineer (SEO925)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. (Mechanical)
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Responsibilities:
-
Design and review static equipment for brownfield projects.
-
Work on Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, and Tanks.
-
Perform detailed calculations and prepare manufacturing drawings.
-
Review vendor documents and support site queries.
-
Expertise in codes such as ASME Sec. VIII, TEMA, EJMA, IBR.
-
Software: PVElite, Compress, NozzlePro, ANSYS, STAADPRO, CAESAR-II.
🔹 3. Instrumentation & Control Engineer (ICE0925)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Instrumentation & Control)
Experience: 15 to 18 years
Responsibilities:
-
Lead engineering for process plants (Refineries, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Utilities).
-
Proficient in Smart Plant, MicroStation, PDS, AutoPlant.
-
Expertise in P&IDs, datasheets, layouts, hook-ups, logic diagrams.
-
Strong knowledge of FEED, Basic Design Package, Pre-bid activities.
-
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and practices.
🔹 4. Production Engineering (PE0925)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/Mechanical)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Electronics Engineers:
-
Expertise in industrial automation, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, electrical panel design, and sensor integration.
-
Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLCs, GX Works, SCADA development.
-
Exposure to IIoT, AI/ML, and digital transformation is desirable.
Mechanical Engineers:
-
Strong in 3D modeling (SolidEdge preferred), FEA simulation (NX preferred).
-
Develop jigs, fixtures, and special-purpose machines.
-
Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, and digital manufacturing tools.
🔹 5. Digital Cell (DC0925)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (IT/CE/CS)
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
-
Full-stack development with strong database and API knowledge.
-
Debugging, system integration, and upgrading.
-
Develop desktop/mobile apps with responsive design.
-
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network, and security.
-
Knowledge of UI/UX, ISO standards, ITIL, SRM preferred.
🔹 6. Site/Shop Quality Inspection
Qualification: B.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab./Met.) with 2–10 years OR Diploma (Mech./Prod./Fab./Met.) with 5–10 years
Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and approve inspection/QAP/LTFPS documents.

Conduct inspections across raw material, in-process, final dispatch.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, third-party inspectors.
-
Review data sheets, maintain history dockets, NCRs, deviation reports.
-
Certifications in VT/PT/MT/RT/UT/Leak testing preferred.

Knowledge of ASME/PED/ISO/API/AWS codes is essential.
