The Skill Development Centre (SDC) of ONGC, located at NBP Green Heights, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, conducts Winter and Summer Training programs every year. These programs are designed to provide practical exposure, skill enhancement, and an understanding of real-world industrial operations.

The Winter Training is open to students pursuing Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree Programs (recognized/approved by UGC/AICTE) in the following 20 disciplines:

Total 50 seats are available.

Selection will be on a first-come-first-served or merit basis.

First preference: Wards of ONGC employees (serving/retired).

Next preference: Students from reputed colleges like IITs, IIMs, ISM, RGIPT, or institutions near ONGC work centers.

Note: Friends or relatives of ONGC employees will not be given preference.

Please note that ONGC does not provide any financial assistance such as stipend, travel, lodging, or medical facilities during the training. This program is purely for learning and exposure purposes.

Interested candidates should apply using the prescribed Application Form (Annexure-A) and submit it to the Office of Incharge – SDC, ONGC, Mumbai along with the following documents:

Original Reference/Sponsorship Letter from College/Institute.

✅ Completion Process
After completing the training:

Submit a hard copy of the completion report in the prescribed format (Annexure-B) signed and stamped by the mentor.

Also submit a soft copy of the project report to the SDC office within 7 days of training completion.

Certificates will be issued two weeks after submission of the completion report.
