Mining Manager: B.Tech Mining (1st/2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate – Coal/Metal), 4–12 years experience.

Electrical/Mechanical: B.Tech or Diploma with 5–12 years experience.

Surveyor: DGMS Certificate of Competency (Coal/Metal).

Mining Foreman / Mate: Valid DGMS certificate.

Electrician: Diploma with Supervisor/ Wireman License, 5–12 years experience.
