How to start Intermittent Fasting – 3 Crucial Factors To Success

1 Goal Setting

You should have a clear idea of what you want to achieve. When the going gets tough, vague goals like "fit", "healthy" or "lose a couple of pounds" won't cut it. If you don't have a clear reason for doing this, you are most likely going to quit. I tell my clients to consider 3 factors.

What do you want to do that you cannot currently in:
➢ 30 Days
➢ 90 days
➢ 12 Months

What do you want to look like in:
➢ 30 Days
➢ 90 days
➢ 12 Months

How do you want to feel in:
➢ 30 Days
 ➢ 90 days
➢ 12 Months

I tell them to ask themselves why they want these things and what they think will be different if they achieve these goals. This will show you what is important to you. At the end of the day, our goals must be relevant to you if they are to come from outside influences.
Set a: and analyze your data.
➢ 30 Day Goal
➢ 90 Day Goal
➢ 12 Month Goal

2 Organization

Evaluate your schedule. People choose an eating window only to find they don't have time to eat during the period. It's not a good start. You should evaluate where you can go without food. If you are a boredom eater, it is probably not wise to set your fasted window during the slower part of the day. Allow for dinner with your family if it's a habit. When choosing a feeding window, be smart. This process should be easy for you.

3 Support

Positive people who are on the same journey are important to surround yourself with. At times, you will want to quit. The difference between quitting or keeping up the fight could be the difference between having others to support you.
